    Erik Zois did a fine job with the sale today . I changed from a leased 22 Acadia SLTAwd to a purchased 24 Terrain SLT Awd. I was looking for a Awd Blazer or a AwdTraverse which you didn’t have any in stock so we decided to downsize to the Terrain Awd which is sometimes needed in Pennsylvania as we are snowbirds leaving Pa late October and returning in mid April. Your entire staff from the salesman,sales manager and financial were Great. The process took a little longer than expected but it turned out ok. Thank You, Jim Wilcox.

    I arrived at Alan Jay Kia with the intention of finding out if it was economically feasible to trade in two cars to get a Telluride, and keep my payment the same or similar to what I had. Alexis greeted me as I stepped out of my car, and invited me to her desk to discuss what I was looking for. Long story short, I was able to get both cars appraised, and Alexis helped me pick out a Telluride that I liked and could afford. I told her (and her manager, I believe Tristan? was his name), that I needed to sleep on it before deciding. Alexis kept in constant communication, and the finance manager, who's name escapes me, helped me get the payment to where I needed it to be. The next morning, I arrived with my two vehicles, signed them away and rode off in my new-to-me Telluride. Now, I've purchased many cars in my lifetime, and it has ALWAYS been an all-day marathon of waiting and signing paperwork. This was different. I was done in less than two hours total, from the time I decided to go forward, to the time I walked out the door. Thanks Alexis and the team at Alan Jay Kia!

    I have been a Chevrolet owner for almost 30 years. I recently parted ways with my 99 Tahoe (600,000 miles) in favor of a used 2021 Silverado 2 years ago. It was not purchased at Alan Jay, but I started taking it there for occasional service. At just over 60,000 miles it began experiencing a transmission issue. I took it in expecting the worse (just out of warranty), but was pleasantly surprised when the service advisor, Mark Betscher, became my advocate and was able to have the repair covered by the warranty. Unfortunately, the part was back ordered and took 2 months to be delivered. During the interim he kept me informed and when it arrived, yesterday, gave me priority for completing the repair. The icing on the cake was a full repair and at no cost to me, even though I did not purchase the vehicle through Alan Jay. They have earned my sincerest appreciation and gratitude for going above and beyond. I will be going to them for my future purchases.

    My 2014 Ford F150 had a recall. I was putting it off for months dreading having to drive 35 minutes to the dealer and then sit there for who knows how long to get this addressed. I finally called in to schedule the work and to my amazement they offered me ONSITE service. I was floored. The tech actually came out to my house and repaired the recall. This is so smart. They have a mobile tech running the repairs and at the same time they can keep the population of cars in for repair at a minimum providing more scheduling room for ppl who actually need to have their car serviced at the dealership. Brilliant concept! Rest assured, I will be using this dealership in the future for my automotive needs.

    One evening in Sebring, my wife, my daughter and I were left stranded when our car broke down. I had been considering a replacement vehicle prior to that because we absolutely require dependable transportation. So I called Alan Jay to see if I could buy one that evening. Just when it was getting dark and very few options remained and despite closing in 30 minutes, Ferdinand at Alan Jay Chevrolet drove out and rescued us ! He loaned us a vehicle for the night (on our own recognizance) so we did not have to make a hasty decision we might regret later. The next morning, I returned his loaner car and purchased our new 2025 Trailblazer. Thank you Ferdinand for reaching out to someone in need and then patiently and capably helping us to solve our problem with no money down and 4.9% GMC Financing.
